A collection of 21 residences shaped by a shared idea: a home’s character should begin at the street and continue all the way inside.
At Mason, PBD Architects and interior designer Lorena Gaxiola bring that idea to life. A terracotta exterior, a richly coloured arrival and sculptural interiors speak the same architectural language. Created by Advent Property, this is a personal expression of apartment living in Kingsford.
From the street to the spaces within
Brick-toned warmth. Framed openings. A rhythm of light and shade. The entry draws the building’s character inward, turning the everyday act of arriving home into something to look forward to.

Interiors by Lorena Gaxiola
Light and dark. Tonal calm and deeper contrast. Explore two interpretations of the same interior, each defined by sculptural forms, layered textures and a strong sense of proportion.
A lighter palette, soft contrasts and warm, luminous tones. A calm backdrop for the everyday.
The quieter moments
The same warmth continues into the private rooms. Layered surfaces and a quieter palette give the bedroom and bathroom their own sense of retreat.

A curved edge. A change in texture. A line of joinery that carries across a room. These are the moments that give Mason its particular character, with each element finding its place in a larger composition.

From the kitchen’s centrepiece to the quieter spaces beyond, the interiors build on the same visual language. The result is a home that reads as a whole, with warmth in its palette and interest in its details.

Anzac Parade’s food and local life. The university neighbourhood. A light rail connection into the city. Mason belongs to a part of Sydney with its own energy and a rhythm that extends beyond the front door.
